Overview
The VIS42 MCP Server is built into the platform—there’s no separate installation required. You simply need to configure your MCP-compatible AI client. This guide covers setup for popular MCP clients.Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:- An active VIS42 account
- An API token from VIS42
- An AI MCP-compatible client
Choose Your Client
- Claude Desktop Extension
- Click here and download the extension vis42.mcpb
- Open Claude Desktop settings
- Navigate to Extensions
- Click Advanced settings
- Click Install Extension
- Select vis42.mcpb
- Click on Install
- Click here to get your VIS42 API token
- Insert the VIS42 API token
- Click on Save
- Enable VIS42
