What Pluto Does

Pluto is VIS42’s data integrity and compliance specialist. It examines your financial records with the scrutiny of an internal auditor — finding duplicates, verifying completeness, checking compliance rules, and detecting anomalies that could indicate errors or irregularities. Pluto’s role: data quality, compliance verification, duplicate detection, and anomaly detection.

Capabilities

Duplicate Detection

Find duplicate counterpart records and duplicate invoices before they corrupt your data.

Data Completeness

Verify that counterparts have tax IDs, email addresses, and payment details filled in.

VAT Compliance

Check invoice compliance (mandatory fields, correct rates, reverse charge rules) and prepare for tax authority audits.

Anomaly Detection

Flag unusual transactions — round numbers, repeated amounts, outliers, timing patterns.

Reconciliation Audit

Verify that payment reconciliation is complete and accurate.

IFRS Disclosure Check

Check completeness of required IFRS disclosures (IAS 1, IFRS 7, IAS 24, IAS 36).

Run Pluto before submitting to your accountant or tax authority:

Run Pluto’s completeness check quarterly, not just at year-end. Small data issues are much easier to fix when they’re recent.

Severity Classification

Pluto classifies findings by severity:

Every finding includes specific record IDs so you can navigate directly to the affected item.

Audit Reports

Pluto generates detailed audit reports that can be exported as PDF or spreadsheet for sharing with your accountant or external auditors.
